Workplace IT Acquisition

Your employees’ work devices contain not only valuable resources but also sensitive company data. We purchase your decommissioned workplace IT, erase it in accordance with BSI standards, and securely recycle it for a second lifecycle.

What workplace hardware should we purchase?

Laptops & Notebooks

Business notebooks from Lenovo (ThinkPad), Dell (Latitude/XPS), HP (EliteBook) and Apple MacBooks. From individual sales to large-scale rollouts.

PCs & Workstations

Desktop PCs, mini PCs, thin clients and powerful workstations for CAD or video editing.

Monitors & Peripherals

TFT monitors (24 inches and larger preferred), docking stations and other IT peripherals from the workplace environment.

The 3 stages of value creation

We maximize the residual value of your client infrastructure through a precise technical assessment of each individual device.

Stage 1

Remarketing

Highest value: Modern laptops and PCs (e.g., from Intel Core 8th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3000 series onwards) are in extremely high demand on the refurbished market. After certified data erasure (e.g., by Blancco) and cosmetic refurbishment, these devices fetch top prices.

Stage 2

Spare Parts(Harvesting)

Average value: Defective devices (e.g., with a broken display) or older models are often used by us as “parts donors.” Intact components such as RAM, SSDs, or motherboards are removed and resold.

Stage 3

Material recycling

Base value: Obsolete technology (thin clients, old monitors) is not thrown away. The devices are professionally shredded to recover aluminum, copper, and precious metals for reuse in industry.

Our “Fair Share” Guarantee

No matter the condition of your hardware – whether a state-of-the-art high-performance system, a classic parts donor, or simply scrap metal for raw material recovery: you will always receive your fair share of the residual value. Transparent valuations and fair terms are standard practice for us.
